This page describes the scope of services provided by Trusted Tanzania Host ("we," "us," "our"), operated by Jonathan Ghikas / Ghikas Adventures, based in Morogoro, Tanzania. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.
Trusted Tanzania Host provides on-the-ground logistics, coordination, guidance, translation, and introduction services to investors, NGOs, diaspora professionals, and independent explorers operating in Tanzania. We facilitate access and coordinate practical arrangements — we do not perform the underlying legal, financial, or regulated professional functions ourselves.
You are strongly advised to engage independent, licensed legal counsel, a registered surveyor, a licensed broker, and/or a qualified financial advisor before entering into any binding transaction, contract, land purchase, investment, or mining-related agreement in Tanzania.
Trusted Tanzania Host facilitates access, introductions, and logistics but is not a party to, and holds no liability for, the outcome of any transaction, contract, investment, or agreement entered into by the client with a third party (including landowners, sellers, government offices, mining-region contacts, or other local parties we may introduce you to).
No on-ground engagement, site visit, or paid service begins without a signed Service Agreement between the client and Trusted Tanzania Host, outlining the specific scope, fees, and responsibilities of each party for that engagement. Enquiry forms and initial WhatsApp/email discussions do not constitute a binding agreement.
Any engagement related to mineral-producing regions or gemstones is strictly limited to ethical local guidance and context. Sourcing, trading, or investment-related gemstone transactions are handled separately by our sister company, Luminara Gems, under its own terms and legal footing.
Clients are responsible for their own compliance with Tanzanian law, including but not limited to business registration, tax obligations, immigration/visa requirements, land law, and mining regulations. We can coordinate introductions to appropriate professionals but cannot guarantee the outcome of any regulatory or legal process.
Fees for services are agreed in writing prior to engagement and are payable via standard, traceable channels (bank transfer or other agreed method). A deposit may be required to confirm bookings for site visits or retainer arrangements.
To the fullest extent permitted by Tanzanian law, Trusted Tanzania Host's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including lost profits or lost investment opportunities.
